On Saturday, October 20th, A Conversation About Self Love with Adeola will take place from 4p to 7p at  Jungle By The Falls in Baltimore, Maryland.

Come join Adeola for an intimate afternoon of self-love! In a society of body shaming and self-hatred, we have to find ways to empower our inner voices with positivity. We all have those days where we just don’t like the way we look or are just feeling low.

 

Self-love is a journey Adeola has embarked upon and has found some helpful tips along the way. She is looking to help other women do the same through powerful and uplifting conversations about what it means to truly love yourself, flaws and all! Come enjoy some intimate conversation, soul searching, empowering games, food, drinks, raffle draw and free gifts!
