Editorial: “African Warrior” Troy Massa x Andromeda Peters

Creative director Troy Massa and Miss United States 2018 Andromeda Peters have joined forces to create a series of photos called “African Warrior”.

On Troy Massa’s Instagram he mentioned: The state of the world’s current events has caused me to re-curate a collection. This capsule collection is completely custom with a theme of “African Warrior’” which is symbolic for the positive movements of change happening today in Africa and in the diaspora.

My definition of a warrior in the context of current events is “someone that is pushing for positive change for the betterment of society!”

As the designer of @shop.troymassa, seeing the sparks from our African+diasporan brothers and sisters wanting change for the betterment of themselves, their families and the continent – I could not sit back and do nothing. As a result, we had to pay homage. 🌍
