An Ankara Affair: A Showcase of Humanitarian Causes will be held on Sunday, June 1st, 2014 , 7p, at The Hampton Conference Center in Capitol Heights, Maryland.
It will be a night of fashion, music, dance, and poetry. The event will feature entertainment from musical performers from (Efikzara, Jaycube & Manny Wellz, True Voice), a fashion show featuring fashion designers (Afritribe, Ohemaa’s Closet & Puksies Wardrobe), and a dance performance from Afro-Chique dance team.
The event will be hosted by Foxy P from African Comedians. There is a $10 entry fee with donations of clothes, books, shoes, toys, etc. The entry fee is $20 entry without donations.
