If you are not satisfied with your order you can exchange it. We do not accept order cancellations or refunds. There are some conditions to our exchange policy, so please read them carefully.
- Items purchased on the All Things Ankara Marketplace can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. The items must be received within 7 days of the package being delivered to your address. Plan accordingly to allow sufficient time for your order to be exchanged.
- Exchanges will not be allowed for orders shipped from international countries. Please confirm the location of the vendor before you make a purchase.
Items must be exchanged in a saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, undefective, in its original condition with all tags and labels. All items exchanged must not have a smell of smoke, cologne, perfume and/or pets. Be careful when first trying on items to avoid any damage or make-up marks.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for exchange shipping charges.
- When shipping exchanged items, it is recommended to add a tracking number and insurance. Sellers are not responsible for lost packages.
- Once your exchange is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you notifying your exchange eligibility. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit for the value of the items exchanged will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to post to your credit card, bank account or original method of payment.
Tights, socks, swimsuits, bodysuits, beauty, accessories, sunglasses, jewelry, earrings are not allowed to be exchanged.
- Requested changes and alteration to items are non-refundable.
- Sale items and final sale items cannot be exchanged.
