On Saturday, July 14th, 2018, the 3rd Annual “Water Is Life” Africa Gives Back International (AGBI) Gala will take place at the Silver Spring Civic Building in Silver Spring, Maryland from 8p to 1a.

The face and honoree for this years gala is Cynthia Bailey from The Real Housewives of Atlanta!

Africa Gives Back International (AGBI) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization with a mission to break the stereotype of “Africa always asking and never giving”.

The AGBI Gala is the largest afrobeats and fashion charity event in the Washington, D.C. area. Come party with us, for a great cause. Proceeds will go towards building clean water wells in Sierra Leone, West Africa!

The strict dress code for the event is formal, (Ankara strongly suggested).

All Things Ankara is one of the media partners for the event and we will be in attendance at this year’s gala. All Things Ankara will compile a list of the best dressed attendees at the gala, so come to slay.
